Non-GASTPE Students (ESC Grantees and VP Beneficiaries are not qualified) with arrears from School Year 2019-2020 whose schools have closed or temporarily ceased operations in School Year 2020-2021.

Step 1: Download the following Application Forms
- Application for Subsidy or Allowance
- Parent / Guardian’s Consent
- Self-Certification
- Data Privacy Notice Form
- Consent to the Use of Personal Information
Step 2: Submit the duly accomplished application forms and supporting documents to your school.
Step 3: Wait for School’s notification if your application has been approved.
Once approved, the amount will be deducted by the school to your outstanding balance.
Priority 2 Students
Non-GASTPE Students (ESC Grantees and VP Beneficiaries are not qualified) with arrears from School Year 2019-2020 or whose schools have continued operations in School Year 2020-2021.
Submission Period: Please contact your school immediately.

Step 2: Submit the duly accomplished application forms and supporting documents to your school.
Step 3: Wait for School’s notification if your application has been approved.
Once approved, the amount will be deducted by the school to your outstanding balance.
Priority 3 Students
Non-GASTPE Students (ESC Grantees and VP Beneficiaries are not qualified) who are currently enrolled in School Year 2020-2021, with Outstanding Tuition Fee Balance on the same School Year; and for Allowances provided that the Non-GASTPE Student did not receive Bayanihan 2 Basic Education Subsidy.

For Allowances, amount shall be given to qualified student applicants as cash assistance; and not as deduction for any arrears or outstanding tuition fee balance.
