Schools register/create an account in the Bayanihan 2 for Basic Education System, or BBES

Schools receive and validate application documents from students

Student Beneficiaries should not be in the Listahanan nor covered by the ESC and the SHS Voucher Program

Schools encode and upload documents of eligible applicants in the BBES

PEAC validates application documents and submits these to DepEd

DepEd approves applications

Schools are informed of DepEd approval of qualified grantees

Schools create billing documents in the BBES

PEAC submits billing documents to DepEd

DepEd downloads the funds to the schools

Schools upload official receipts and proof of acknowledgement by the beneficiaries in the BBES
